Registration fees are non-refundable; runner numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year, another person, or another Heartland Center event. The run director reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event if weather conditions pose a danger to the participants
FAQ:
What happens if it rains?
We’ll have to change the name to “Heartland’s 6k MUD Run!” In all seriousness, the run will be on unless we expect inclement weather at the time of the run.
Is the course stroller-friendly?
Afraid not. A few sections of the trail are steep and rocky or have steps.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and some comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing! Water will be provided on the course, but feel free to bring a water bottle, too. If we’ve gotten any rain the week prior, we recommend bringing an extra pair of shoes and a towel to sit on for the ride home. We’ll have some wipes and a hose to help you clean up after the run, too.
Can my dog run with me?
We wish we could say yes, but Heartland Center has a “no dogs" policy for the grounds and buildings.
